HERE COMES THE SUN! GUIDE TO STYLE SUNNY

Imagine yourself in a meadow, the afternoon sun is soft yet bright, you squint your eyes as you try to stare afar. You run a distance wearing your best dress, which is the colour of the sun- yellow. 

Now that I have set the mood, our next colour is the one that is dubbed as the joyful colour signifying positivity, energy and zeal. Yellow has hit pageantry stages quite rarely but boy when it did, it presents such a great distinction from the usual sea of pageant staple colours. Think about Ariella Arida of Philippines that made yellow an epitome of untouched glamour and poise.

Let's delve into how to achieve this simple energetic colour.

THE LOOK

Yellow is a sunny colour, often dubbed as a happy colour, yellow needs to have that fresh elements intact. playful silhouettes that glow on stage, avoid stiff, cardboard like silhouettes. This colour allows you to have that excess volume for the expression of it.

                                                                          

ACE THE HAIR AND MAKE UP 

With yellow, the hair needs to be kept natural that will flow on your command and respond to the atmosphere around. 

The key to the make up to be be kept colourful and natural, also remember yellow and some shades of orange are reflective colours, so they will add an yellow tinge on your face as soon as the lights hit.

ACCESS THE ACCESSORIES

Though yellow is closely related to golden, it is preferred to; but not limited to pair accessories in silver shade. Minimal silver jewellery and chunky bracelets as statement pieces are your best friends.
