I personally believe that the blue Ehrran Montoya gown worn by R’Bonney for the Gold House gala is a masterpiece. The highlight of this gown that makes it stand out, [apart from the beautiful blue] are the sleeves. The Lifted structure of the sleeves not only gives a classic Terno look but it blends beautifully with the rest of the dress. The lower half of the gown gives a beautiful impression of a gentle waterfall, makes one understand the flow and gravity it provides to the look. Additionally, it is explained by R’Bonney herself on her Instagram post that the collars were inspired by a fictional character Maria Clara’s outfit.

While R’Bonney landed in Manila after a long flight she was seen sporting a two piece black coloured fit. While this fit may seem like a casual business attire for a Miss Universe, it is indeed the R’Bonney Nola designs’ sustainable blazer that is giving her the ultimate boss look. While gracing the sets of Family Feud PH, R’Bonney was seen wearing a red glossy Marc Evalo Top. I love this outfit choice and not only did the red make her one with the rest of the cast but the stunning choice of glossy red with cold shoulders and a heart shaped cut also made her stand out. She indeed looked like she was ready to share the stage with her fellow audience. This outfit is a great example of party outfits that one can wear. Additionally, the backless details make it seem even more a bold outfit.

It is needless to say all the gowns adorned by R’Bonney on the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 stage as a host were the most glamorous outfits witnessed. My personal favorite in the set of four gowns is the Ehrran Montayo gown in a stunning faded Marsala color. As a color seen quite rarely, it was not only the color but also the shape of the gown that made it look all the more captivating. It looks as though the gown was inspired by a beautiful flower from the Garden of Eden.
Next up was the Larry Espinosa matte gold breastplate gown that was absolutely mind blowing. The gown was a definite 10/10 because of the rare design, the matte gold and the beautiful details on the breastplate. This gown is an example of modernity, passing time and grand beauty. It was aesthetic in every possible way.
One cannot appreciate Rian Fernandez enough for the beautiful blue gown that was R’Bonney’s final look of MUPH 2024. Rian Fernandez and R’Bonney gabriel might be the luckiest pairing of all because the designer and his muse have often delivered the best and the most unique gowns one can see. In the blue gown, the ultimate show stopper was the lower tail of the gown, which looks like a geometric beauty from afar.
You symbolize TRANSFORMATIONAL leadership through fashion
Do not worry, we have not forgotten the stunning yellow gown and also the first look for the queen that night! This gown is a perfect example of R’Bonney’s journey in Texas at the very beginning. The gown paid a beautiful ode to the start of the unforgettable moment in Gabriel’s life. A dragonfly at the center was symbolic for R’Bonney’s self realization and the role of a transformational leader.
Overall it can be said from her wardrobe analysis that R’Bonney is not afraid to try new things. She is always unique in every room and her style statements say a lot about her personality. Her fashion choices are very modern and are adapting well to the changing times. But at the same time, there is a certain classiness to R’Bonney herself. Hence, it can be said that R’Bonney might undoubtedly be the best dressed Miss Universe one might witness!
