NEXT IN CROWN MENTORSHIP INITIATIVE AND PAGEANT
Welcome to Next in Crown Mentorship Initiative! Whether you're an experienced contestant or a first-timer, these guidelines will ensure that you have a smooth and enjoyable journey throughout the competition. Please read the following carefully, as they cover everything you need to know, from registration to your final presentation.
Eligibility Criteria
Age: Participants must be 18 years old as of December 2025. There is no upper age limit.
Nationality: Candidates must reside in India as the competition will be conducted in Indian Standard timings
Marital Status: Candidates can apply regardless of their marital status.
Experience: Both experienced and new contestants are welcome! Whether you’ve competed before or this is your first time, we encourage you to apply.
Kindly note- the pageant and the mentorship are an online event.
Registration Process
At Next in Crown, we welcome all to experience the mentorship and the unique pageant celebration, hence the registration fees for the first edition “Miss Runway Royale” are waived off! We cannot wait for you to join us for this experience.
Step 1: Fill Out the Registration FormVisit the Registration Form and complete the form with your details. Include your name, age, contact information, and other requisites.
Step 2: Submit Your Pageant Submission as specified in the registration form.
Step 3: Pay the one-time registration fee as specified in the registration form. There are no extra or hidden charges during the duration of the competition. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Costume & Dress Code
Required Attire for Events:
For submissions: The dress code will be specified in the registration forms linked above.
The team would connect with the applicants to specify the dress code for the events.
Note: Ensure that all clothing is modest, appropriate, and professional.
Judging Criteria:
Confidence: Displaying confidence throughout the competition.
Personality: Showcasing your unique traits and individual style.
Presentation: How well you present yourself in terms of appearance and communication.
Poise: Your elegance, posture, and grace throughout the competition.
Overall Impact: The lasting impression you leave on the judges.
Please note: The highest scorer will be awarded as the winner of Next in Crown’s Pageant.
Code of Conduct
To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone involved, we ask all participants to follow these guidelines:
Respect for All: Treat fellow contestants, judges, and organizers with respect and professionalism.
Fair Play: No cheating or unfair practices will be tolerated. Any contestant found violating the rules will be disqualified.
Originality: All submitted work (photos, videos, etc.) must be original and your own. Plagiarism or copying others will lead to immediate disqualification.
Behavior: Maintain a positive, encouraging, and supportive attitude throughout the competition.
Social Media Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor on social media. No offensive posts or comments that could harm the reputation of the pageant.
Technology Requirements
Since this is an online pageant, it’s essential that your technology is ready for the competition.
Video Quality: Ensure your camera has high resolution.
Internet Connection: A stable internet connection is essential for video submissions and virtual events.
Audio: Ensure your audio is clear and free from background noise for live interactions
Prizes and Awards
The winner will receive the title of the announced on-going Next in Crown Pageant. Kindly note: The prizes description will be shared in the orientation call with the contestants. Additional prizes will be awarded including:
Winner of Next in Crown Mentorship + Pageants will receive:
Sash of the title.
Certificate awarded for the winner.
Mentorship from Pageant and/or Industry experts.
Guidance and advice from the Next in Crown team for the pageant journey (national or international journey)
Digital feature(s) on crowninstyle.blogspot.com
The 1st Runner up (2nd Place) and 2nd runner up (3rd Place) and/or Subtitle winners as discussed during particular pageant's orientation call will receive prizes including:
Digital Certificate
Guidance and advice from the Next in Crown team for the pageant journey (national or international journey)
Digital feature(s) on media platforms of Crown in Style
The Participants (from 4th Place onwards) will receive Digital Participation certificates along with digital feature on social media.
Please note: This pageant follows a hierarchy pattern. In the event that the main winner refuses or is unable to accept the title, it will be passed on to the 1st Runner-Up (2nd place), and subsequently to the 2nd Runner-Up (3rd place), and so on.
The entire batch (including the top 3) is entitled to comeback for any mentorship + pageant organised by Next in Crown team. Kindly contact the team for the proceedings as a returnee for the future editions. The returning applicants will be given entry on discounted registration fees.
